The solution of the problem is the existence of new applications to support the transaction process is Retired Employee Severance Application PT. PLN (Persero) APJ Kediri. Implementation in this application there is a user that is part of where the HRD doing in terms of input data and also the data retirees heir. Not only that part of HRD can do in terms of such transaction determines the retrieval schedule for retirees and retirees making heir and will produce a report in the form of a letter sebual decision that is provided to the pension and heir.
