- Abstract: The purpose this research was to describe school administration staff requirementfor the next five years at state junior high school Kediri. This research use a quantitativeapproach descriptive-projective cause on quantitative data from empirical data. The resultof this research is total ratio school administrastion staff with existing workload and totalrequirement projective of school administration staff for next five yearsKeywords: requirement analysis, school administrastion staffAbstrak: Tujuan penlitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kebutuhan TAS selama limatahun tahun ke depan di SMP Negeri Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatandeskriptif-proyektif berdasarkan data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari hasil data empirik.
