- Abstract: Many factors are often used as benchmarks for educational success. One of them is to see the success of the lecture process in achieving its goals. Another factor that plays a very important role today is the motivation of students in order to prepare themselves to start learning and learning process activities. The purpose of this study is that there is a significant relationship between the Motivation to Choose a Nutrition Science Choice Course and the Learning Outcomes of the Nutrition Science Course in PJKR FIK UM Study Program Students. The research method used is a quantitative type method. Data collections techniques using questionnaires. The data were analyzed through a correlational analysis model through the SPSS 25 application. The research carried out resulted in significant figures through correlation testing with a value of 0.000 less than 0.05 which said that the hypothesis was accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a positive and linear relationship significantly between the motivation for choosing a choice of nutrition science courses and the achievement value of nutritional science learning outcomes in PJKR students class of 2019 FIK UM. The higher the motivation that students have in choosing nutrition science courses, it can increase the value of student learning achievement in these courses, so that motivation in choosing courses must be increased. Abstrak: Pengukuran pendidikan yang sukses dapat dilihat dari berbagai aspek. Satu diantaranya yaitu dimana kegiatan pembelajaran mampu mencapai tujuan yang ditetapkan. Selain itu aspek penting yang perlu diperhatikan yaitu dorongan atau dari diri terkait persiapan agar bisa melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar. Tujuan riset yang dilaksanakan yaitu melakukan analisis terdapat hubungan atau tidaknya antara motivasi Memilih Mata Kuliah Pilihan Ilmu Gizi dengan Hasil Belajar Mata Kuliah Ilmu Gizi pada Mahasiswa Program Studi PJKR FIK UM. Riset dilakukan dengan metode riset jenis kuantitatif. Dalam perolehan data digunakan penyebaran angket. Data dianalisis melalui model analisis korelasional melalui aplikasi SPSS 25. Riset yang dilakukan menghasilkan angka signifikan melalui pengujian korelasi bernilai 0.000 kurang dari α 0.05 yang mengatakan bahwa hipotesis diterima. Sehingga diperoleh pernyataan terjadi suatu hubungan positif serta linear signifikan variabel motivasi memilih mata kuliah pilihan ilmu gizi dengan nilai prestasi hasil belajar ilmu gizi pada mahasiswa PJKR angkatan 2019 FIK UM. Semakin tinggi motivasi yang dimiliki mahasiswa dalam memilih mata kuliah ilmu gizi maka dapat meningkatkan nilai prestasi belajar mahasiswa dalam mata kuliah tersebut, sehingga motivasi dalam memilih mata kuliah harus ditingkatkan.
