- Background: Comprehensive Midwifery Care Is A Complete Examination With Laboratory Examinations And Counseling. Comprehensive Midwifery Care Includes Four Continuous Examination Activities Including Antenatal Care, Intranatal Care, Postnatal Care, And Neonatal Care (Varney 2014). Research Objectives: To Carry Out Midwifery Care For Mrs. S. And Baby.S In Puskesmas Gang Sehat In Kota Pontianak Tahun 2019. Research Methods: The research design used by the author in this scientific paper is a descriptive observational method with a case study approach carried out by the author through a midwifery management approach. Results: Comprehensif Obstetric Care For Pregnant Women In Mrs. S Already In Accordance With The Standards Of Care For Antenatal Midwifery Service, Mrs. S Pregnancy Check Up Regularly And Rountinely At The Puskesmas Gang Sehat. Childbirth Mrs. S Delivery Working Smoothly And The Mother Is Monitored Using A Partograph Which Is A Tool To Monitor The Progress Of Labor. Comprehensive Midwifery Care For Postpartum Mothers In Accordance With The Standard Of Home Visits For Postpartum Mothers Are Called Home Visits Include Visits 6 Hours Postpartum, Visits 6 Days Postpartum, And 28 Weeks Post Partum, With The Mother Well. Midwifery Care For The Baby Mrs. S The General Condition Is Good, There Are No Abnormalities Or Complications, The Baby Is Subjected To Imd At Birth. The Baby Is Given Eye Drops Or Eye Ointment, And Vitamin K To Prevent Infection And Bleeding. In The Brain. Conclusion: Comprehensif Midwifery Care In Mrs.S And Baby Mrs. S Is In Accordance With The Standard. Of Examination And There Is No Gap Between Theory And Cases Found.
