- The resources of fish should be protected from destructive fishing. The purposes of this study are; to explain the iniplementation of protection on fish resources, obstacle factor in protecting and eforts should be taklng in order to solve the problem. The data needed is collected through library research and field research. The result shows that, the protection lrns conducted by controling fishiries ships. Whereas, its obtacles is limited of patrol equipnient and apporatuv. Hence, adequate equipment and apporatus as well as ro enchance close cooperation between parties concerned should be applied. It is suggested that, the controlling must be applied strictly by adding adequate equipment and its staff
