- This study aims to determine whether the parameters of free fatty acids in PT. As long as Intisurya Mulia, the Mulia Oil Mill factory is within quality control limits based on the X-bar and R-bar control chart, looking for factors that affect the value of CPO (Crude Palm Oil) free fatty acid content in production oil, as well as seeking solutions to the problem causes increase in the quality of free fatty acids. The test results using the control chart (control chart) obtained the results of the X-bar and R-bar control chart, on the X-bar control chart there is data that crosses the lower control limit, and the results data outside the upper control limits. The results of the quality of free fatty acids, there are data that are outside the control limits. Whereas the R-bar control limit states that the free fatty acid content in the production oil is still under control, because all data is still within the control limit R and there is no data outside the upper control limit or lower control limit.
- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung nilai tambah produk olahan Jagung dan merancang industri pengolahan yoghurt Jagung yang layak secara teknis dan finansial di kabupaten Ketapang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif yang dilakukan secara survey dengan populasi yang berasal dari produsen jagung manis. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di desa kalinilam kecamatan delta pawan selatan kabupaten Ketapang. Analisis unit usaha menggunakan formula Total Cost sedangkan analisis kelayakan finansial digunakan B/C ratio.Hasil kajian teknis dan finansial perencanaan industri yoghurt Jagung manis didapat rancangan pada unit pengolahan yoghurt Jagung skala kecil dengan kapasitas produksi 400 kg/ bulan atau 2400 botol/ bulan dengan hasil analisa ekonomi menunjukkan bahwa untuk mendirikan unit pengolahan yoghurt Jagung tersebut membutuhkan modal investasi total sebesar Rp. 113.723.712,-. Biaya produksi total sebesar Rp. 207.592.666.- dengan harga pokok produksi (HPP) per botol (100 ml) Rp. 7.208,- dan harga jual produk per botol Rp. 10.000 dengan margin keuntungan sebesar 40%. Hasil uji kelayakan industri didapat nilai IRR 38,316%, NPV Rp. 353.405.180, Payback Period yaitu 1,85 tahun, dengan BEP sebanyak 9.022 unit, B/C ratio 1,43 dan net R/C yaitu 1,40. Hasil kelayakan teknis dan finansial unit pengolahan yoghurt Jagung skala industri kecil layak untuk dilakukan.
