- Public opinion about HIV/AIDS which is transmitted throught sexual relation that considered immoral and embarrassing tend to discriminate people with HIV/AIDS (ODHA). From the negative stigma indirectly can reduce quality of life people with HIV/AIDS (ODHA). Low quality of life ODHA can affect their health. But in the end all of the ODHA can accept their condition as HIV/AIDS patient by the way of restore all of the problem to the god. Spiritual role is very impotand in accepting progress because of give a positive effect that be marked with diminished depression, enhancement quality of life, reduce fear of death and grow up the spirit to stay alive. Tthis study is quatitative study with an analytical observational and cross sectional approach, in Angel Heart Faundation Batam City in 2017. Population are people with HIV/AIDS in Angel Heart Foundation with 50 respondents, recruited through total sampling. Data were analyzed with chi-square test, using a confidance interval of 95%. A total of 50 respondents, where 30 respondents with low spiritual level with the classification 27 respondents (90,0%) having low quality of life and 3 respondents (10,0%) having good quality of life. While 20 respondents with good spiritual level with classification 1 respondents (5,0%) having low quality of life. Chi-square analysis revealed a p value = 0,00 (<0,05), which concluded the denial of Ho and acceptance of Ha. The are correlation between spiritual level and quality of life of ODHA of Angel Heart Foundation Batam City in 2017.
