While programming used is Visual Basic 6.0 using the MySQL database.The final result of the design resulted Registry Information System Kwh Electricity Meters In. Haleyora Powerindo (HPI) Batam for data storage recording kwh electricity meters that are expected to ease in obtaining information on the numeric data kwh electricity meter and the amount of electricity bills.
