- The final project is one of the requirements of graduation students. The provisions on the final assignment are arranged by each faculty, following the applicable university standards, where not only the thesis document should be worked on, technical documents, journals, manuals, and applications for which the research must be worked out with a series of timelines which is solid. The stages of the final submission process used today must go through a face-to-face process. This study aims to analyze and design the administrative system of the final submission of online-based tasks in which every process that still use the manual stages will be fully processed fully using the computer and accessed via the Internet network. Such a process entirely uses Internet access and database storage that can be used at any time and can be stored on a long-term basis. Stages that will be used in the author of this application is to use the design method begins with the process UML (Unfied Modeling Language) with use case diagrams, Class diagrams and flowchart and then in the coding into the application using the PHP programming language for pengaplikasiannya. The desired end result of this research writing is an administrative information system web-based final project submission that can facilitate each final project process
