- The Budget Plan is a future financial plan that includes management expectations for revenues, expenses, and other financial transactions within a year. This study aims to determine the preparation of annual budget activities plan at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Batam, stems from the existing problem that the preparation of the annual budget Activity plan is still manual and not tersistem in the database. Media in the preparation meggunakan use Microsoft excel and not tersistem to the database directly. therefore the researcher develops a system where this system can later be used to solve the system while existing, the system to be used is the information system pemusunanan desktop-based budget activities plan using java programming language and will connect with the mysql database as storage media. This is useful for maintaining the authenticity of preliminary budget data in the form so that users remain easy in doing the creation of new budget data. Designed desktop-based media apps based on problem analysis gathered from scratch and expanded into a Java application with dynamic display in application creation are also included in support diagrams for the development of this application to continue to a more flexible system level.
