- Along with the today development of information system, the growth of smartphone users, especially using Android OS had exploded exponentially, including in Batam City. And there are also a field of business that grow in the city, culinary, and this culinary sites turn up everywhere across the city, especially Malay and Nusantara food type. And there is a huge gap between the information and the existence of the culinary sites and the available online information. This gave an idea to the writer to develop an application of the information about the culinary sites in Batam. This application is made for Android Smartphone users using ionic framework. Early design and implementation was started with analyzing and planning the future culinary apps so the writer can get the requested system. On the progress, Flow Chart, Use Case, Class Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram and Table of Database will represent all data in the system logically. And upon the development, the writer uses PHP and MySQL Database program language. And the test result shows that the apps run smoothly and it runs all the features within the Android apps.
