- Pru Damai Agency Batam is one of the agency branch offices of PT. Prudential Life Assurance engaged in insurance services. Generally insurance will always be related to the existence of an agent, which later he will recruit as many customers. Through that an agent can earn his commission. However, what happened at the Pru Damai Agency Batam is still having difficulty in calculating its agent commission. This work is not impossible done manually (using excel) which result is less effective and efficient.
