- The process of teaching and learning in the room is very important in supporting the smoothness running of the course, but empty-lecture often occur. Finally, the schedule must be rearrange according to the agreement between the professors and the students. Clashes-class between the ordinary professors and the substitute professors was frequent and unavoidable, forcing one of the professors to seek for another room. Time spent lecturer in the search space is wasted and harm both the lecturers and students. This happens because the management system of the room in UNIBA still be done manually by inspecting to the P3T.
