- There are a lot of problems associated with land in Indonesia. That problems is handled by the Ministry of Agricultural and Spatial / National Land Agency. Disputes, conflicts over land in Indonesia and the case resolved by identifying and inventorying the data disputes, conflicts, and land matters. Results of inventory data are expected to be a database of land with full information and managed digitally, so it will be easier to obtain information in accordance with its requirements.Formulation of the problem is process design Information Systems Land Case, and presentation of information regarding land cases to help prevent land issues in Pekanbaru.The method used in this research was Research and Development (R & D) with the experimental approach. The data collected was primary data and secondary data. Data were analyzed descriptively by analyzed the data, exposed and described the process of designing an application program using the techniques prototyping approach and how the application program worked.Results of the research was creation of an application program Information Systems Land Case by utilized the Version 2.5 GeoServer technology for spatial data processing because it was easy to be used and an opensource software, and can utilized data from multiple GIS software without exported or converted data and can be integrated with some other data processing software such as DBF or MySQL. Processing database used MySQL applications including the preparation of a database with PHPMyAdmin and programming language used HypertextPreprocessor (php). Presentation of information on the application of Information Systems Land Case distinguish between information of fields dispute and field litigants. The information of fields dispute contains the names of parties that dispute, object of dispute, typology of dispute, length of the process and criteria for the settlement of disputes accordance with Rules Head Number 3 of 2011 About Case Management Assessment and Management of Land which is expected to prevent the problem of land in Pekanbaru.Keywords: design, application programs, disputes, land
