  • This Research study is about The influence of Transformational Leadership, Employee Engagement towards Employee Peformance and Innovative behavior as Mediating Variable. The objective of this research to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, employee engagement towards employee performance and innovative behavior as mediated variable. This type of research is quantitative research. This research was conduct on March until April 2018 at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Witel Purwokerto. While sample determinant using Unrestricted Probabilty Sampling or known as Simple random Sampling Method. The total respondent in this research is 33 respondent and using questionnaire as primary data. By using Multiple Regression and Sobel test to testing the mediator variable, having a results that Transformational Leadership have positive influence towards Innovative Behavior, Employee Engagement have positive influence towards Innovative Behavior, Transformational Leadership have positive influence towards employee performance, Employee Engagement have positive influence towards employee performance, Innovative Behavior have positive influence towards employee performance, Transformational leadership towards employee performance with no mediated with Innovative behavior, and Employee Engagement towards employee performance have mediated with Innovative Behavior.
