HUBUNGAN ANTARA TINGKAT SPIRITUALITAS DENGAN TINGKAT KUALITAS HIDUP ORANG DENGAN HIV/AIDS DI KOTA BANDUNG

- Humman Immunodeficiency Virus/Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (HIV/AIDS) merupakan penyakit kronis yang bisa dikelola, namum menyisakan persoalan yang memerlukan penyesuaian baik secara psikologis, fisik dan spiritual. Pendekatan spiritual dapat dilakukan kepada orang dengan HIV/AIDS untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat spiritual dengan tingkat kualitas hidup orang dengan HIV/AIDS di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan waktu cross sectional. Pengambilan data dilakukan selama dua minggu dengan jumlah sampel 47 orang secara purposive sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner spiritual dan kualitas hidup. Berdasarkan uji rank spearman nilai p = 0,001 berarti terdapat hubungan antara tingkat spiritualitas dengan tingkat kualitas hidup orang dengan HIV/AIDS dengan nilai r = 0,482. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut intervensi keperawatan spiritual dapat diberikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup orang dengan HIV/AIDS, serta kerjasama dapat dilakukan dengan institusi pemerintahan dan yayasan terkait.,--Humman Immunodeficiency Virus/Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (HIV/AIDS) is a chronic disease that can be managed, but leaving problems that require adjustment both psychologically, physically and spiritually. A spiritual approach can be made to people with HIV/AIDS to improve the quality of life.The study aims to determine the relationship between the level of spirituality with the level of quality of life in people with HIV/AIDS in the city of Bandung. This research is a correlational study with a cross sectional time approach conducting during two week. The sample consisted of 47 people were selected by purposive sampling. Data collected by using a questionnaire of spiritual and quality of life. Based on Spearman Rank test showed p=0,001 means that there were a correlation between the level of spirituality with the level of quality of life people with HIV/AIDS with the r value = 0,482. Based on the result spiritual nursing interventions can be given to improve the quality of life for people with HIV/AIDS, and cooperation can be done with government institutions and related foundation.
