ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA TN. F DENGAN ILEUS OBSTRUKTIF DI RUANG KANA RSUP Dr. HASAN SADIKIN BANDUNG

- Ileus obstruktif merupakan penyumbatan yang terjadi di usus sehingga usus mengalami obstruksi dan terjadi penurunan absorpsi nutrisi dan air di usus. Hal tersebut akan bermasalah pada kondisi tubuh karena akan menyebabkan penurunan berat badan serta gangguan dalam keseimbangan cairan dan elektrolit maka akan terjadi masalah yang serius. Metode dalam laporan ini penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus dengan pendekatan proses keperawatan komprehensif yaitu bio-psiko-sosial-spiritual, adapun pengambilan sampel dengan wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan fisik, studi literatur dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah dilakukannya asuhan keperawatan pada ileus obstruktif muncul enam diagnosa keperawatan yaitu nyeri akut, hipertermi, ketidaseimbangan nutrisi kurang dari kebutuhan tubuh, resiko defisien volume cairan, ansietas dan kesiapan meningkatkan religiositas. Seluruhnya teratasi dengan tindakan keperawatan salah satunya terapi murottal Al-Quran dan Tepid Water Sponge. Pada pasien ileus obstruktif ini perlu dilakukan tindakan pemeriksaan CT-Scan lanjutan guna mengetahui kondisi kesehatan dan tindakan medis selanjutnya serta perlunya dukungan spiritual didalam asuhan keperawatan sebagai bagian dari penyelesaian masalah keperawatan.-- Obstructive ileus is a blockage that occurs in the intestine so that the intestine is obstructed and there is decreased absorption of nutrients and water in the intestine. This will be problematic for the condition of the body because it will cause weight loss and disturbances in the balance of fluids and electrolytes, then serious problems will occur. The method in this report the writer uses descriptive method in the form of case studies with a comprehensive nursing process approach, namely bio-psycho-social-spiritual, while sampling by interview, observation, physical examination, literature study and documentation study. The results obtained after nursing care for obstructive ileus appeared six nursing diagnoses, namely acute pain, hyperthermia, nutritional imbalance less than body needs, risk of deficient fluid volume, anxiety and readiness to increase religiosity. All of them are resolved by nursing actions, one of which is murottal Al-Quran therapy and Tepid Water Sponge. In this obstructive ileus patient, it is necessary to carry out a follow-up CT-Scan examination to determine the health condition and further medical action as well as the need for spiritual support in nursing care as part of solving nursing problems.
