- WHO menemukan angka kejadian kanker di Indonesia sebesar 1,4% penduduk. Kejadian kanker meningkat 11,02% dan Jumlah angka kematian meningkat 7,89 % dari tahun 2008-2012 (Riskesdas 2012). Tujuan umum dari laporan tugas akhir ini mampu melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan secara komperhensif meliputi bio-siko-sosio-spiritual pada pasien dengan Acute On Ckd Obstructive Uropathy Post Hemodialisa Atas Indikasi Kanker Serviks Stadium Iiib Post Radikal Histerektomi Limpadenektomi Pelvis Bilateral 2 Tahun Yang Lalu Di Ruang Alamanda B RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung. Hasil pengkajian didapatkan keluhan utama nyeri di perut, mual muntah, edema, asites, ketidaktahuan tentang penyakit. Masalah keperawatan yang muncul yaitu nyeri kronis, ketidakseimbangan nutrisi kurang dari kebutuhan, kelebihan volume cairan, ketidakefektifan perfusi ginjal dan defisiensi pengetahuan. Intervensi yang dilakukan terhadap pasien memberikan edukasi manajemen nyeri dan doa menghadapi rasa sakit, pendidikan kesehatan tentang nutrisi, manajemen cairan, serta memberikan pengetahuan tentang hemodialisa. Setelah dilakukan perawatan selama 4 hari hasil evaluasi dari semua masalah yang muncul pada pasien belum teratasi semua hanya teratasi sebagian.-- WHO found that the incidence of cancer in Indonesia is 1.4% of the population. The general objective of this final project report is to be able to carry out comprehensive nursing care including bio-socio-spiritual in patients with acute on ckd obstructive urropathy post hemodialysis for cervical cancer indication stage Iiib post radical hysterectomy bilateral pelvic lymphadenectomy 2 years ago in Alamanda room B RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung. The results of the study showed that the main complaints were pain in the stomach, nausea, vomiting, edema, ascites, and ignorance of the disease. Nursing problems that arise are chronic pain, nutritional imbalance less than requirement, excess fluid volume, ineffective renal perfusion and deficiency of knowledge. Interventions carried out on patients provide pain management education and prayer for dealing with pain, health education about nutrition, fluid management, and provide knowledge about hemodialysis. After 4 days of treatment, the results of the evaluation of all the problems that arose in the patient had not been resolved, they were only partially resolved.
