- Behavior Organizational Citizenship Behavior behavior can be realized required a high commitment of employees as a driver in performing tasks that are not only tasks that have become obligations, but also do other jobs. This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of work environment on organizational citizens behavior with job satisfaction and organizational commitment as intervening variable. The population in this study is the total number of Civil Servants consisting of structural officials and functional officials RSUD KRMT Wongsonegoro Semarang ranging from class II to IV which amounted to 985 people, with the number of samples of 91 respondents. The sampling technique in this study is Proportional Random Sampling. The analysis tool is Path Analysis, where previously tested the validity and reliability as well as the classical assumption test. The results showed that the work environment has an effect on to job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment also affect organizational citizenship behavior. Job satisfaction can be an intervening variable between the working environment and organizational citizenship behavior, meaning that the more environment in the workplace is conducive because it is able to provide comfort and tranquility of the employees, it will certainly affect employee satisfaction that will certainly encourage employees to behave organizational citizenship behavior toward better. Organizational commitment is also proven to be an intervening variable between work environment and organizational citizenship behavior, meaning that the environment in the workplace is conducive because it can provide comfort and comfort from employees, it will be able to increase commitment in the employee to do something that will encourage employees to behave organizational Citizenship behavior in supporting the success of the hospital.
