- This study aimed to examine the effect of distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice to the quality of work life. In addition, this study also aimed to examine the effect of moderated variable on the relationship between the individual spirituality distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice and the quality of work life. To test these variables, researchers used a questionnaire that collects data directly to propose a list of written questions to the respondent. Population of all permanent employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution of East Java Malang areatotaling 218 employees. Then, samples were taken by proportional random sampling method obtained a sample of 141 employees. The spread of the questionnaire given to 141 permanent employees of PT. PLN (Persero)Distribution of East Java Malang area which is divided into 15 areas. To answer the problem of research and testing hypotheses, used multiple linear regression analysis were processed with SPSS version 16.0. The result that 1.) Distributive justice significant and positive effect on the quality of work life, 2.)Procedural justice positive and significant effect in the quality of work life. 3).Interactional justice positive and significant effect on the quality of work life. Spirituality individual variable moderated the relationship between distributive justice to the quality of work life. Spirituality individuals can weaken the relationship between distributive justice to the quality of work of life. Spirituality individual is not moderating variable procedural justice and variable interctional justice with the quality of work life.
