PENGARUH HARGA BBM, LEVERAGE, FIRM SIZE, DAN BOARD SIZE TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS (Studi Empiris pada perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di BEI 2010-2014)

- Indonesian property shows rapid growth these days along with the increasing demand of residential either for residential or commercial purpose. It gives impact on the growth of property companies. Those companies competes each other to dominate market segment, doing expansion, and keep survive in order to assure their business continuity. One of main objectives from establishing a company is to earn high profitability. This research has purpose to test the effect of Fuel Price, leverage, firm size, and board size on profitability measured by ROA. The number of sample in this research was 34 companies property and real estate listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2014. The sampling method by using proposive sampling in this study. Analysis technique used is the classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing that includes tests of determination (R2) and t test. The results showed that fuel prices measured by Solar price has positive significant association with profitability, leverage measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has not significant association with profitability, firm size measured by Total Assets has not significant association with profitability, and board size measured by Total of Board Commisioner has positive significant association with profitability.
