  • This studyaimed to analyze thedifferences inrisk profile, good corporate governance, earningsandcapitalinthe bankingcompany's risk profile on alargeandsmallbanking company. This study takes an object on KospinJasaSyariah Semarang using responder that all employees who are still actively working in the company. Choosing a title based on the problems that occur in KospinJasaSyariah Semarang during a year in which there are employees who work or move out of the company. This study aims to identify and explain the influence of role conflict, job satisfaction and organizational commitment to employees' desire to get out of work. The research sample set as many as 44 respondents using sampling methods census or population studies that elections were conducted for all employees who are still actively working on KospinJasaSyariah Semarang. Methods of data collection using the questionnaire. The analytical tool used is linear regression. The calculation result shows that there is a positive and significant influence between the conflicting roles of the intention to get out of work. Other results showed that there is a negative and significant effect between job satisfaction on intention to get out of work and there is a negative and significant influence between the organization's commitment to the intention to get out of work.
