- This thesis entitled influence of capital structure, liquidity and profitability of the enterprise value of the company property and real estate sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2013 period, aims to test and analyze the influence of capital structure, liquidity and profitability of the company's value. The sample in this study amounted to 23 property and real estate companies listed on the stock exchange Indonesia 2010-2013. Sampling method with purposive sampling technique that is based on the completeness of the annual report of each period studied. Hypothesis testing is done by the method of multiple linear regression analysis with path analysis using SPSS version 16 program applications. Based on the results of the analysis showed that simultaneously affect the variable capital structure (DER) and liquidity (CR) significantly on profitability (ROA). Partially capital structure and liquidity significant effect on profitability. Capital structure, liquidity and profitability simultaneously affect the enterprise value (PBV), only partially liquidity does not affect the value of the company. Variable profitability is not able to mediate the effect of capital structure and liquidity of the company's value. Keywords: Capital Structure, Liquidity, Profitability, Value Company
