  • ABSTRACT This study aimed to analyze the effect of work stress on performance and motivation of human resources with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The samples used were 181 respondents in the CV. Aneka Ilmu using “census sampling” technique. The data is obtained from the questionnaire, which was then analyzed using SPSS software. The results showed that job stress affects human performance and satisfaction with the positive direction of regression, affect motivation and satisfaction with HR performance regression toward the positive, job satisfaction affects the performance of HR with satisfaction the positive regression toward an intervening variable between the effect of work stress on employee performance.
