- The problem in this is that branch leaders always impose their own will. Employees are depressed because they must always accept the leader's decision without being given the freedom to argue. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Islamic Leadership and Civic Behavior with Islamic Religiusity as moderating variable to Human Resource Performance of Bank BRI Kendal Branch. The population of this study are all permanent employees and employees as many as 50 people. This study used 50 employees as samples with saturated sampling technique or census. Ratio data in this study was obtained from questionnaire distribution. Data analysis using SmartPLS version 3. 0. The results of this study are Islamic Leadership, Organizational Behavior of Organizational and Religious Religiusitas significant to Human Resource Performance. Based on the data analysis of Islamic Religiusitas able to moderate Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Human Resource Performance.
