  • This study aims to determine: transformational leadership towards employee job satisfaction PT Yudi Jaya Perkasa, Organizational culture to employee work satisfaction PT Yudi Jaya Perkasa, and transformational leadership and organizational culture to employee work satisfaction of PT Yudi Jaya Perkasa. Respondents in this study were employees who worked at PT Yudi Jaya Perkasa with the number of questionnaires distributed according to the final sample number of 104 respondents. The research method used is explanatory research with quantitative approach because it explains the relationship between the variables by using questionnaire as a tool in collecting data to reveal data Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance with job satisfaction as intervening. The analysis technique used in this research is linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22 software tool. The results of this study indicate that the transformational leadership style, organizational culture, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The transformational leadership style and organizational culture have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction fails to mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational culture to employee performance.
