  • The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the influence of Islamic values in leadership and organizational culture on job satisfaction and work performance. This study uses questionnaires to retrieve data on all teachers and staff employees at four Islamic schools in Demak City as many as 103 respondents. Sampling technique with purposive sampling and census sampling (sample saturated), data analysis method used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive influence on Islamic leadership variables on job satisfaction, Islamic organizational culture variables have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, Islamic leadership variables affect employee performance, Islamic organizational culture variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance and job satisfaction variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction variable proved as intervening variable that mediate the influence of Islamic leadership and organizational culture of isami on employee performance.
