  • The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of the Investment Decision, Financing Decision, Exchange Rate towards Firm Value and Firm Risk as an intervining variable PMA manufacture. Research period 2013 - 2016 resulting 96 PMA manufacture company sample that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Proxy that used are market to book value of assets for Investment Decision debt to equity ratio for Financing Decision, Middle Rate USD/IDR for Exchange Rate, degree of operating leverage for Firm Risk, and price to book value for Firm Value. The method that we used is a documentation method. As for the techniques analyst we used a data panel regression analys. The results of the research Investment Decision and Financing Decision do not have a effect towards the Firm risk. Exchange rate had a positive effect towards Firm risk. Investment decision, Financing decision, Exchange rate had a positive effect towards Firm value. Firm risk had a negative effect towards Firm value. The result for path analysis explains Firm Risk is an intervening variable that is unable to explain the effect of Investment Decision, Financing Decision, and Exchange Rate to Company Value then investment decision and the Financing decision and the exchange rate had a direct effect towards the Firm value.
