- Hospital is a company that gives medical service to its customers, namely the patients. The objective of the hospital is to the customers, such as giving quick and accurate administrative service and providing good medical treatment. To achieve the objective, the hospital must facilitate the patients' service with modern equipments. A program with computerized system will make the patients get the medical record more quickly and accurately. The writer designs the software program of information system for organizing medical record based on the patients' indicator. The system that includes some necessary parts of medical record provides information and data processing more quickly and accurately.
