Learning and learning concept nowadays becomes the core of human resource development.The shift of work type from physical labours towards knowledge-based works as the effect of information and technology progress demands all organisational members to become knowledge workers. Consequently, the human resource development concept of continual human resource development as long as the individuals are working in the company or organization. It may come into a reality if only an organization transforms itself into learning organization (LO). To build learning organization (LO) requires three pillars which support one another, namely: (1) individual learning, (2) the route of knowledge transformation, and (3) organization learning.
