- The aim of the study is to find out the effect of oral intake of beverage on number of spermatogenic cell layers and weight of seminal vesicle in mice. This research applies Complete Ramdomized Design of four groups and three replications to each. The treatment applied for those groups is: 0 ml/day/mice; 0,1 ml/day/mice; 0,2 ml/day/mice and 0,3 ml/day/mice. The parameters make use of number of spermatogenic cell layers and weight of seminal vesicle. The result shows that the number of spermatogenic cell layers and weight of seminal vesicle decreases.
