- This research empirically examined the relationship between knowledge sharing attitudes and innovation capability moderated by absorptive capacity. The sample of this study was teachers of several Senior High Schools and Vocational High Schools in Madiun with a total of 110 respondents taken using a non-probability purposive sampling method. The hypotheses were tested by the use of Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) technique. The results showed that absorptive capacity was moderating the relationship between knowledge sharing attitudes and innovation capability.
