GEDE untuk media pemindahan setiap muatanya.. Pada saat kapal ssaat sedang melakukan cargo operation. Terjadi kelainan pada cargo oil pump turbine nomor 2 tersebut dimana rotation per minute (rpm) pompa menurun dari 1000 rpm menjadi 500 rpm. Akibatnya mengganggu proses cargo operation yang sedang berlangsung. Karena kejadian tersebut sangat merugikan banyak pihak maka dari itu penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian yang berjudul “ANALISA PENURUNAN KERJA CARGO OIL PUMP TURBINE DI MT.GEDE” Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka yang akan di reduksi menggunakan fishbone analysis. Karena dengan fishbone analysis dapat diketahui cause and effect dari masalah yang terjadi di tempat penulis melakukan penelitian. Dari hasil penelitian menggunakan metode fishbone analysis didapat penurunan kerja dari cargo oil pump turbine terjadi karena menurunya kevakuman yang ada pada kondensor yang diakibatkan oleh terlambatnya melakukan pengecekan rutin pada kondensor tersebut. sehingga mengganggu proses kondensasi yang dilakukan. Supervisior II: Darul Prayoga, M.Pd Cargo oil turbine pump is an auxiliary engine used on MT. GEDE for media transfer for every load. When the ship is carrying out cargo operations. An abnormality occurs in the turbine number 2 cargo oil pump, where the rotation per minute (rpm) of the pump decreases from 1000 rpm to 500 rpm. As a result, it interferes with the ongoing cargo operation process. Because the incident is very detrimental to many parties, therefore the author is interested in conducting a study entitled "ANALYSIS OF CARGO OIL PUMP TURBINE REDUCTION IN THE MT. GEDE" The study was conducted by collecting data in the form of observations, interviews, and literature studies that will be reduced using fishbone analysis. Because with fishbone analysis can be known the causes and effects of problems that occur where the authors conduct research. From the results of research using the fishbone analysis method, it is found that the decrease in work of the turbine cargo oil pump occurs because of the decline in the vacuum in the condenser which is caused by the delay in conducting routine checks on the condenser. so that it interferes with the condensation process. Thus inhibiting the flow of steam from the exhaust turbine.
