Dalam pembongkaran minyak keląpa sawit mentah Crude palm oil (CPO)
selalu membutuhkan penanganan khusus terutama pada saat pembongkaran di
pelabuhan, hal ini harus terus dipantau mengapa crude palm oil (CPO) yang
membeku dapat mengakibatkan keterlambatan, dan bagaimana penganan crude
palm oil yang membeku pada saat proses bongkar muat sesuai dengan standar yang
ada untuk menjamin kualitas, sementara hal ini disebabkan karena muatan
membeku Maka pembekuan yang terjadi pada saat proses pembongkaran minyak
kelapa sawit mentah crude palm oil (CPO) tentu menyebabkan kerugian karena
proses bongkar terhambat, tentunya juga dapat berpengaruh pada biaya - biaya
operation kapal natinya
Metode yang digunakankan oleh peneliti untuk mengatasi masalah adalah
metode deskriptif kualitatif sehingga peneliti dapat memaparkan hasil dari
peneliitian yang diperoleh. Pengumpulan data lewat dokumentasi observasi dan
wawancara. Peneliti melakukan observasi langsung diatas kapal MT. Bahari Satu,
Peneliti juga nnengambil gambar guna mendukung keabsahan data penelitian.
Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa jadi penyebab mengapa tejadinya
keterlambatan dalam proses bongkar muat akibat membekunya muatan adalah tidak
adanya heater dan rusaknya pompa cargo saat kapal melaksanakan proses bongkar,
dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan dengan cara mengsirkulasi tanki muatan
selanjutnya dan menggunakan buruh darat, hal ini adalah solusi agar muatan tidak
membeku karena tidak adanya heater

In dismantling crude palm oil crude palm oil (CPO) always need special
handling especially at the time of demolition in the port, this should continue to be
monitored why Crude palm oil (CPO) that freezes can lead to delays, and How
crude palm oil is frozen at the time of the stevedoring in accordance with existing
standards to ensure quality, while this is due to the load freezes then the freezing
that occurs during the process of demolition of oil palm Crude crude palm oil (CPO)
certainly causes the loss because the loading process is inhibited, of course also can
affect the costs of the operation of enable ship
The method used by researchers to solve the problem is a qualitative
descriptive method so that researchers can display the results of the research
obtained. Data collection through observation and interview documentation.
Researchers observe directly on board the MT. Bahari One, researchers are also
able to take pictures to support the validity of the research data.
The results of the study can be concluded that the reason why the delay in
the loading and unloading process due to supplying the charge is the absence of
heater and damage to the cargo pump when the vessel carries out the loading
process, from the research results can be Concluded by circulating the next charge
tank and using ground labour, it is a solution that the charge does not freeze due to
