This research examines Subject-Verb Agreement error produced by second semester students in Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia. This study involves 10 participants from Essay Writing class. This research aimed to get the types of error produced by students in Essay Writing. This study used qualitative method using document analysis to collect the data. The result of this analysis is 4 types of error produced by students, they are: error of omission(9), error of addition(6), misformation/substitution(8), and misordering(2).
