It is aimed to know and explain Marya’s ambition that deals with id, ego, and superego of Marya that occur in My Uncle’s Dream novel. The writer applies psychological approach and psychoanalytic theory by Freud (1920). The theorist devides the human psyche into three forms are id, go, superego.The data of this research are based on dialogue in the novel. This research was conducted by library research and qualitative method. The result of this analysis presents three forms of the human psyche potrayed inside the novel.
