Problems background Servant leadership is a Ministry model which is centered to Christ. God asks for his servants to make Jesus as a sample in the ministry. God’s servant is not the lord in the church, but the servant who has the willingness to serve as a servant, ready to disown himself for Christ, has a practice in humility, and in obedience to God. According to the interview, found that in the Sukoharjo God’s servant Group, they had applied servant leadership, proved that they still serve the church remain in the barren rural field. Second, second hipotesis in this research is denied, it is dimension which dominantly determinates implementation of servant leadership according to Philippians 2: 5-11 in the Sukoharjo God’s servant – Wonogiri is humility, while the result of the calibration is disown (X2). third, the third hipotesis in this research is accepted, it is the background which is dominanly determines implementation of servant leadership according to Philipian2: 5-11 in the Sukoharjo God’s servant – Wonogiri is the length of time in serving.
