Th) School : STT KADESI YOGYAKARTA Title : Implementation of Life Pleases to God Based on Romans 12: 1 - 8 For Class VIII Learners at SMP Living Water Nanga Pinoh West Borneo. Background The background problems in this study are: First, there is a possibility that not all students of Living Water Nanga Pinoh Middle School in West Kalimantan have not all implemented a life that pleases God based on Romans 12: 1-8. This can be seen from the activeness of students in attending worship both evening worship and Sunday worship services. Second, students of class VIII at living water Nanga Pinoh West Kalimantan in offering their bodies as living offerings are still not in line with expectations as seen from the seriousness or seriousness in attending the Holy Communion. Third, students of Living Water Nanga Pinoh West Kalimantan Junior High School in applying life according to God's Word are still lacking because there is no seriousness in reading God's Word and praying together in class. Fourth, students of Living Water Nanga Pinoh Middle School in West Kalimantan have not been based on the right way to use their gifts properly, seen from attitudes that are still concerned with personal interests. Formulation of the problem The formulation of the problem in this study is as follows: First, how much implementation of Life is pleasing to God based on Romans 12: 1-8 for class VIII students of Living Water Middle School Nanga Pinoh ? Second, which dimensions are most dominant in determining the implementation of life pleasing to God based on Romans 12: 1 - 8 For students in the Middle School of Living Water Pinoh West Borneo? Research purposes The objectives of this study include: First, to get approval about life pleasing to God based on Romans 12: 1-8 For students of class VIII at SMP Living Water Nanga Pinoh, West Borneo. Second, to find out the most dominant dimension of determining the application of life to God pleases based on Romans 12: 1-8 For students of class VIII in SMP Living Water Nanga Pinoh, West Borneo. Hypothesis The hypothesis in this study are: First, the level of implementation of life is pleasing to God based on Romans 12: 1–8 for students VIII in SMP Living Water Nanga Pinoh West Borneo in the category of "moderate". Second, the most dominant dimension implemented by class VIII students in SMP Living Water Nanga Pinoh, West Borneo, is the third dimension, using gifts correctly Research methods This study uses quantitative research methods, which are carried out by collecting data using questionnaires based on the Likert scale. By using several tests using SPSS 20. The stage is carried out to analyze the data carried out with a confidence interval at a significant level of 5% using instrument test analysis Validation, reliability, normality of variables and hypotheses. Research result From the hypothesis test using SPSS 20 Softwere, by analyzing data performed using a Confidence Interval at a significant level of 5%. Lower Bound and Upper Bound values are 183.1233 - 191.4133. First, the implementation of life pleases God based on Romans 12: 1 - 8 For students of Living Water Nanga Pinoh West Kalimantan Middle School are in the medium category with lower values and Upper Bound variables Y 183,1233-191,413 Second, the dominant dimensions are implemented in Living Water SMP Nanga Pinoh West Kalimantan's life based on Romans 12: 1 - 8 is (D2), which is living according to God's Word with a contribution of 79.1%, according to the table below. Dimension of R R square contribution D1 Presents Body 0,679 0,462 46,2% D2 Life according to God's Word 0,889 0,791 79,1% Using the gift correctly (D3) 0,801 0,642 64,2% Conclusion The test results on the hypothesis are: first, that the proposed hypothesis is stated to be accepted, namely the level of the tendency for implementation of life to be pleasing to God based on Romans 12: 1–8 for class VIII students in Living Water Nanga Pinoh Middle School in West Borneo in the medium category. second, the hypothesis proposed is the dominant dimension implemented by class VIII students in the Living Water Middle School of Nanga Pinoh, West Borneo, is the third dimension that is using the gift correctly turned out to be rejected because according to correlation and regression calculations it is known that the dominant dimension determines the implementation of life to God based on Romans 12: 1–8 for class VIII students in Living Water Middle School Nanga Pinoh West Borneo is (D2) living according to God's word with a contribution of 79.1%.
