- The research object is to know and analysis the influence of Discipline , Giving incentive, and Atmosphere of Work to Non-Civil Servant Teachers Performance in Reference Vocational School in Tasikmalaya Regency. The research method applied in this research is survey research method, whole data collecting technique is done by through interviews, documentation research, and questioner. The population of this research is Non-Civil Servant Teacher at Reference Vocational Scholl in Tasikmalaya Regency. The samplingare 85 respondences, analyzer applied is Path Analysis. Based on analysis result can be concluded either partial or simultaneously, there are a significant influence of Discipline, Giving Incentive, and Atmosphere of Work to Non-Civil Servant Teachers Performance in Reference Vocational School in Tasikmalaya Regency.
