- Abstract: This study aimed to analyze the effect of role conflict, role ambiguity against the turnover intentions and the effect of mediation on employee job satisfaction to turnover intentions. Samples taken in this study were 153 company employees at PT. Asuransi Raksa Pratikara Surabaya. Analysis method using structural equation modeling approach (SEM). Results of this study conclude that there is significant direct effect between role conflict against turnover intentions, but can not prove significant direct effect between role ambiguity against the turnover intentions. Mediating role of job satisfaction between conflict and role ambiguity against the turnover intentions shows at the fully mediation role ambiguity but showing a partial role in the conflict.
