  • The Influence of TemperatureCatalyticCracking Process on PercentConvertion Fuel productfrom Karet Butiran Waste (Yen Yen Fransiska D., 2014:72 pages,12 tables,9 pictures, 3 enclousers) Energy is an important thing in human life because virtually all human activity always requires energy. Therefore, research needs to solve that problem by making alternative energy by reusing of solid waste from crumb rubber factory become into liquid fuel alternatives. The main purpose of this research is to know the influence of higher temperatureon fuel product that product of the catalytic cracking process reusing crumb rubber factory as raw material of fuel. From this research willdemonstrate the temperature influenceto percent convertion to be a fuel liquid product. Operating condition takes place at atmospheric pressure with temperature variations ranging from 250, 300, 350, 400 and 450 °C for 1,5 hours. The result showed that the percent conversion of the raw materials into a liquid fuel product got the highest at temperature 450 °C as many as 845 mL. Can be concluded that the liquid fuel product consist of three fraction they are fraction 1, fraction 2, and fraction 3.
