The purpose of this research to know the ability of&#xD; kecipir seeds as natural coagulant, doses and optimum acceleration toward the&#xD; decreasing of pH, turbidity, TSS, COD and BOD5 by using the method of&#xD; coagulation&#x2013;flocculation which is done by jar test, and analysis phase. The&#xD; variable of research is kecipir seeds doses (400, 800, 1200, 1600, and 2000 mg/L&#xD; liquid waste from tempe) and the stirring speed (20/5 rpm, 30/10 rpm, and 40/15&#xD; rpm). The result of the research showed, there was the increasing of pH from 4,92&#xD; to 4,98; the turbidity decrease from 214 NTU to 132 NTU, TSS tend to increased&#xD; from 51,2 mg/L to 69,2 mg/L, COD and BOD5 does not decreasing, however&#xD; increasing from the first result. For the coagulant doses and the maximum speed&#xD; in strring shows the result which has not reach the maximum condition yet toward&#xD; pH, turbidity,TSS,COD and BOD5.
