- The title of this final report is “The Design of Web-based Information System at Matrik Course Palembang”. The process of student registration conducted Matrik Course still using manual that is note using the form and not maximizing the performance of the administration staff. The purpose of this report is to design of web-based information system at Matrik Course Palembang. The benefits of this report is more easily and quickly provide information about Matrik Course. The type of data source that was used in the writing of this report is primary data and secondary data. The results of this report is the design information system consists of two main pages are page of user and page of administrator. This program was made using by Adobe Dreamweaver CS8, PHP with MySQL database supported. The conclusion of this report namely with web-based information system at Matrik Course can providing information and student registration online without must come to the Matrik’s outlet. Therefore, writer suggested Matrik Course to publish the website because the website is still offline. Keyword: information system, website design
