- This research is about the promotions that done by State of Polytechnic Sriwijaya Majoring Business Administration. The objective of this research is to find out variables that have the most dominant effect that contain of advertising (X1), personal selling (X2), sales promotion (X3), and publicity (X4) to student decision (Y) in choosing Business Administration Department at State of Polytechnic Sriwijaya Palembang. This research used percentage analysis from the result of questionnaire. The result from analysis only sales promotion that gave the biggest influenced from the students’ decision. Based on the result of the analysis, was recommended that Business Administration Department State Of Polytechnic Sriwijaya Palembang to kept sales promotion that already excellent, and increase the advertising, personal selling and publicity.
