  • This final report has purpose to explain about how employee’s working motivation at PT Bank Himpunan Saudara 1906 Tbk., branch Palembang. To find out that, the writer use description quaitative research method which analyze of data to solve faced the problems and the writer use books that related with discussed problems to result a problem conclusion. Beside that, the writer use a question list for the interview. In the description quantitative method, the writer has calculated the value of the datas where got from questioners at PT Bank Himpunan Saudara 1906 Tbk., branch Palembang. From the questioners, the writer found that according Maslow’s need of hierarchy theory that employees had motivated to work in order to fulfill the needs with percentage 50% , to get safe proctection while working with percentage 22.5%, to create the togetherness among workers while working with percentage 45%, and the 30% of workers agree that they work harder in order to make their job qualified, to help them have more confident, and the last to give their best achievement based on their ability to the company with percentage 40%. The writer also has suggestion that PT Bank Himpunan Saudara 1906 Tbk., branch Palembang should keep and increase this employee working motivation for a better employee performance for this company. Therefore, the employees think that the company should maintance employee rights and secure their mentality emotion.
