- This Final Report discuss about the employees motivate efforts to increase working performance of office staff at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Palembang Branch. The author get the data from the field research through interview and questionnair and from library research. The data is analyzed by using qualitative descritive and quantitative method. From the discussion. the company give the material incentive, social incentive, and punishment to increase the working motivation optimaly but the giving of non material incentive does not given optimaly. From this problem. the company should give more non material incentive through reward, trophy, medal. and praise to the good employees.
