  • This final report is made in order to know the working environment influence to employees performance in the office at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Cabang Palembang. In this research, the variable is independent variable, is working environment and dependent variable, is employees performance. To get the data that needed, the writer collected the data by Field Research and Library Research, in which the writer used questionnaires with likert scale in field research. The samples are 98 person which are employees in office, at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Cabang Palembang. To know how big and how was the working environment influence to employees performance, are used Determination Coefficient formula and Simple Linear Regression. The result of questionnaires showed that there is a correlation between working environment and employee performance that is 0.5642, in which this correlation is in the slow correlation (not strong and not weak) and positive type. From determination coefficient value, working environment has influence to employees performance that is 31.83%. Working environment influenced positively to employees performance, it showed from regression coefficient that is 0.476, it means that if there is an improvement in working environment so employees performance will be improved.
