- The final paper describes the calculation of production time and cost that required build one unit of type 36 dan type 45 houses by using Network Planning Method at Surya Akbar II, a project house developed by PT Sumatera Muda Propertindo Palembang. Previously, PT Sumatera Muda Propertindo Palembang has never used Network Planning Method in their construction projects. However, the company builds projects based solely on their estimates and experiences. Data were collected through interviews and analyzed using theories from the experts. Based on the calcuation result using Network Planning Method, it is found that to build one unit of type 36 house will take 44 days as the longest time (critical path) with production cost at Rp 40.766.000,-, while if build one unit of type 45 house will take 52 days as the longest time (critical path) with production cost at Rp 44.409.000,-. The final paper conclusion is by using Network Planning Method, the company will know how to calculate the most efficient of production time and cost for every project build.
