- The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence personal leadership, confidently, tolerance of risks to interest in entrepreneurship non-engineering student DIII Polytechnic of Sriwijaya Palembang. type of data is used primary and secondary data. The method of data collection was through questionnaires and interviews to see the general student interest in entrepreneurship as many as 85 students. The sampling technique used is proportional technique (Propotionate Stratified Random Sampling). Data were processed and analyzed using SPSS 19 application assistance. The analytical tool used in this study is to test the validity, reliability and multiple linear regression The results of this study indicate that the variable of personal leadership, confidently, tolerance of risks to simultaneously influential the interests of students in entrepreneurship by 16 percent. while partial self confidence influential by 20 percent and tolerance of risks influential by 37 percent, however personal leadership motivational factors do not have a positive influence and significant to interest in entrepreneurship. This is because personal leadership factor motivating overlooked students. Students need to throw away the inferior nature, are closed, selfishness, could not share time, fear of being wrong and feel inferior.
