- ABSTRACT The purpose of this final report is to determine whether PT Badja Baru Palembang as processors and exporter of rubber in their activities have met the national standards set by the government. Analysis and data sources used are obtained by means of qualitative interviews directly to the Human Resources Department PT Badja Baru Palembang and to read literature, journals and books. In its activities PT Badja Baru Palembang use material slab rubber (rubber people), the type of product produced is SIR 10 and 20. Based on interviews that PT Badja Baru in its activities have met the national standard material selection if either of rubber, processing and product content good rubber and quality. It can be seen from the number of production and sales targets are achieved by PT Badja baru whereby the target of 48,000 tonnes per year, while the results achieved by 50,400 tons, this means an increase of 5%. It is therefore recommended that PT Badja Baru Palembang remains to sustain and improve the quality of production and sales targets, considering the achievement of production and sales have exceeded targets.
